When you choose our Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP) it's easy to get your vehicle repaired. Simply take it to any certified repair facility in the U.S. or Canada and ask that they contact us and we’ll handle everything from start to finish.
We realize how inconvenient it can be to have your vehicle out of service, so we strive to get you back on the road as soon as possible with a quality repair.

Once you report the breakdown, one of our claim examiners will call you within 24 hours to explain the
MBI claim process. This examiner will keep you informed throughout the repair process and will ensure that your vehicle is repaired properly.

A roadside auto breakdown can occur even when your car is well-maintained. While keeping up with regular services and making sure that important things such as batteries and alternators are in good working order will reduce your risk of a breakdown, there are some things that are out of your control.

When calling Roadside Assistance, have the following information ready:

Your name, home address, and telephone number, Location of the vehicle, model, year, color and license plate number of the vehicle,
Odometer reading. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and Description of the problem

Our Service Request/Claim Filing system is easy and simple to use. Please fill out the Online Claim Form and press submit. The claims process will begin and we will either start coordinating with a Service Technician to come to your home or we will call you to verify and clarify exactly what types of problems you are having.

The more information you provide, the faster the process will proceed. We will work diligently to have a Service Technician on call and ready to perform repair/replacement on your equipment during normal business hours.
